Proof required: Suffolk County residency proof and Veterans Administration identification card, verifying the disability of the veteran (incurred while on active duty) i.e. Red, White, and Blue Veterans Administration ID Card from VA, with photo saying “SERVICE CONNECTED” underneath.

Suffolk County Residents that are a member of an approved Suffolk County Volunteer Fire, EMT, Auxiliary or CERT agency.
Green Key is valid for 3 years.
Proof of service is requires i.e. Volunteer ID card or Letter on Department Letterhead stating their status is “ACTIVE” with current date, no more than 6 months old.

This pass must be purchased and renewed at a Park location with appropriate proofs.
